The annual Salute to the Negro Leagues/Dressed to the Nines event at Kauffman Stadium is scheduled for Sunday, May 7, 2017.  The baseball game will feature the Kansas City Royals and Cleveland Indians paying tribute to the Negro Leagues wearing uniforms of the Kansas City Monarchs and Cleveland Buckeyes.  Fans are also encouraged to "Dress to the Nines," wearing your "Sunday Best" dresses and suites in tribute to baseball fans of the 1930s and 1940s.

If you buy your game tickets exclusively at Royals.com, you can add an additional donation to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum at checkout.  You can donate as much as you like and it will be added to your final total.

Once you choose your ticket option, you will be prompted to add any additional items to your order, including pre-paid parking and the donation option "2017 Negro Leagues Baseball Museum Donation."  Enter your donation there, then complete your transaction.

This opportunity is only available through the Kansas City Royals web site.  Link to www.ROYALS.com to purchase game tickets today!
