Bob Motley (1923-2017) was a longtime umpire in the Negro Leagues and amateur baseball, also serving as a founding board member of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. His memorial services were held this week in Kansas City, MO. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in honor of Mr. Motley to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. Gifts will be used to support completion of a new umpire's exhibition and statue, planned for fall installation.
